  2. A frog lay some two to three thousand eggs.
  3. In hen fertilisation is internal and the a single ovum fuses with the sperm very safely.there are no issues about it.

  5. The female frog lay thousands of eggs and the sperms by male frog also are deposited on water.
  6. There are many complexities for formation of zygote to give ofsprings as eggs may break, or may be scattered away by water wave.
  7. Also, as the eggs has travel a long distance there may be chance of predators like fishes may eat those eggs.
  8. The fertilization is under control of nature and they cannot protect their eggs.
  9. So to overcome all this frogs lay more eggs to increase the propbability for formation of zygote.
  10. Moreover, more babies = more survival and thus expansion of species.
