2. Divided by tropic of Cancer ( 23 degree 30' N ) is almost two equal parts.


India's size :-
1. Total area of India is 32.8 million square km which is 2.4 percent of the total area of the world .

2. India is seventh largest country in the world in terms of landmass .

3. In the Northeast , north and Northeast of India , young folds mountains bounds it .
