Let the quadratic polynomial be: ax^2+bx+c
Put x=-3, 9a-3b+c=0
Put x =2, 4a+2b+c=0
Subtracting the equation: 5a-5b=0, i.e. a=b
Put back a = b in any of the above;
6a+c=0 => c=-6a
Therefore, our equation is: ax^2+ax-6a=0
So, for the required polynomial, replace with some non zero constant (like a=1)
Then You are done!
