Aerobic respiration takes place in the presence of oxygen and is carried out in the bodies of almost all living animals and plants. In aerobic respiration there is complete oxidation of glucose.Carbon dioxide,water and energy are released.

Aerobic respiration is the process of exchange of gases with good supply of oxygen to produce carbon dioxide water and energy. Example : plants and in human muscle cells when there is enough supply of oxygen.
