Inequality is at the core of the caste system. Those who fall outside the caste system areconsidered “lesser human beings”, “impure” and thus “polluting” to other caste groups. They are known to be “untouchable” and subjected to so-called “untouchability practices” in both public and private spheres.

Religious discrimination is treating a person or group differently because of the beliefs they hold about a religion.

caste systems involve the division of people into social groups where assignment of rights are determined by birth are fixed and hereditary and religious discrimination involves treating a person(an applicant or employee) unfavourably because of his or her religious beliefs .the law protects not only people who belongs to traditional ,organised religions ,such as Buddhism,christianity Hinduism, Islam and judaism
