Centripetal force is that force which comples a body to move in circular path. it's always directed towards the center of the body.
FORMULA
F=mv^2/r
V=rw
then F becomes
F=m(rw)^2/r
F=mrw^2.........1
W=2pif
Put in eq 1
F=mr(2pif)^2
F=mr4pi^2f^2
f^2=F/mr4pi^2
f=underroot F/mr4pi^2
