Chemical change means when a substance combines with other to form a new substance.
Chemical Reaction means a reaction which forms a new substance and can't be reversed.
Difference:
Chemical Change :
1.In a chemical change a complete new substance is formed .
2 . mixture of many substances.
Chemical Reaction :
1.No atoms are lost.
2.Basically a mixture of two substances.
