according to the law of conservation of mechanical energy , mechanical energy of a body remains conserved
as mechanical energy= Kinetic energy+Potential energy

according to this conservation of energy it states that ...

1) Energy cant be created or nor be destroyed .
2) The total energy before the transformation always remain constant to the total energy after the transformation .

expression =

kinetic energy +potential energy = mechanical energy

= 1÷2mvsquare +mgh = constant .
