Hey here's ur answer
Relative density as the word states is the density of a substance relative to Water (Also known as specific gravity of that substance) . It has no unit.
Density on the other hand is just the mass of the object per unit volume. It has a unit <kg/metre(cube)>

Hey!
_______________
Density = Mass / Volume
Density can be defined as mass of a body per unit volume. Density is denoted by D or ρ.
Units are - g/cm^3 or kg/m^3.
While, Relative density = Density of substance / Density of water at 4°C
It has no units, as density/density, cut the units.

Hope it helps...!!!
