Diffusion :- The spontaneous movement of water or gaseous molecules from a region of higher concentration to lower concentration through a semi - permeable membrane is called Diffusion.

Ex :- The diffusion of oxygen in blood.

The diffusion of CO2 in water.

The factors on which the diffusion of gases in liquid depends upon.

Temperature :- As temperature increases the rate of diffusion because the kinetic energy of gases molecules increases.

→Density of diffusing substance :- If their density is same they diffuse fastly.

→Medium of diffusion :- If medium of diffusion is more permeable fast diffusion occurs.

→Concentration gradient .

harshita575553: Energy which a body possesses by virtue of being in motion is called kinetic energy
