Heisenberg's uncertainty;

It states that it is not possible to describe the velocity and momentum of microscopic particles simultaneously.

Significance:

In the world of Microscopic particles, it has a huge significance. As when a light ray of photons falls into microscopic particles their position gets disturbed and it is impossible to describe the velocity and their momentum at the same time.

On the other hand it has no significance in our daily life as we deal with larger bodies having large masses and a light ray of photons or quanta would not affect our position when they fall on us.

Therefore, Heisenberg's uncertainty principle tells us about the uncertainty in the position of an electron which is a microscopic particle that studies atomic structure.
