Hypertension(High Blood pressure) refers to the Condition in which the force of Blood against the arterial wall is Extremely high.

There are two types of Hypertension:

1. Primary hypertension: it occurs due to Unidentified causes.

2. Secondary hypertension: it happens due to some identified reasons like Cardiac disease, Smoking.

Risk factors: Age

2. Smoking

3. Genetics

4. Poor diet.

Prevention: Eat a Healthy diet.

3. Avoid Smoking.

4. Limit Salt consumption.
