ionisation energy is the minimum amount energy which is required to remove the most loosely bounded electron from a neutral isolated gaseous atom in its ground state to form a cation also in gaseous state.
electron affinity is the change in enthalpy which takes place when a gaseous atom gains an extra electron to form a monovalent anion also in the gaseous state.
lattice energy is energy released when one mole of crystalline solid is formed by the combination of oppositely charged ions .
bond dissociation energy is the energy which is required to break a bond between two bonded atoms in a molecule or compound.
