The non-biodegradable pollutants are the one that cannot be broken down into smaller, harmless and simpler substances.
These pollutants contain DDT, polythene, plastics, mercury, pesticides, arsenic, lead, metal articles such as synthetic fibres, cans made of aluminium, iron products, glass objects, silver, etc.
These are the unwanted and harmful components that are polluted for the environment.
