ohms law states that if the physical condition of a conductor remain constant (temperature ,length area of cross section ) then the potential difference across the conductor will be directly proportional to the current flowing across it ......i.e mathematically V directly proportional to the I and to remove the proportional sign we use a constant and in this we use R (resistance) as a constant so it will be V=IR.....
