hello!

If a force of 1 newton is exerted on an area of 1m^2 then the pressure applied is said to be 1 pascal.
It is the International System of units (SI) unit of pressure or stress.

1 pascal= 1N/1m^2

CGS unit of pressure = dyne/cm^2

1 pascal=10 dyne/cm^2

hope it helps... :)
