Hey dear this is law
The pascal (symbol: Pa) is the SI derived unit of pressure used to quantify internal pressure, stress, Young's modulus and ultimate tensile strength. It is defined as one newton per square metre
Hope its help you dude :)

hello!
If a force of 1 newton is exerted on an area of 1m^2 then the pressure applied is said to be 1 pascal.
It is the International System of units (SI) unit of pressure or stress.
1 pascal= 1N/1m^2
CGS unit of pressure = dyne/cm^2
1 pascal=10 dyne/cm^2
hope it helps... :)
