hello!
If a force of 1 newton is exerted on an area of an area of 1m^2 then the pressure applied is said to be 1 pascal.
It is the International System of units (SI) Unit of pressure or stress.
1 pascal = 1N/m^2
The CGS unit of pressure is dyne/cm^2
1 pascal = 10 dyne/cm^2
hope it helps... :)

Heya!
Here's ur answer!
One pascal is equal to the force 1 N (newton) applied on an area of 1m2 ( meter square) . Pascal is the SI unit of pressure and is named after the scientist Blaise Pascal.
1 Pascal = 1 N/m2
In CGS SYSTEM:
1 Pascal = 10 dyne/ cm2.
Hope it helps!!!☺
Thanks!!☺
