Public Health Centre means the health centres which are not owned privately they are of public and the public can use it anytime by paying few rupees to the government so as for the development and maintenance of it......
even in some Health Care Centres which are publicly owned the treatment is done in free of cost and the people are there by helped by the people of government.....
