radius of curvature of spherical mirror is the radius of a hollow sphere of which the mirror is a part.
we know,

f=r/2
=12.25/2
=6.125

Focal length of a plane mirror is infinity. (A plane mirror can be considered as a spherical mirror of infinite radius of curvature. Focal length is half of radius of curvature and hence it is infinity.
