Simple tissues. A group of cells which are similar in origin; similar in structure and similar in function are calledsimple permanent tissue. They are of four types: Parenchyma.

a) They are soft and are renewable
b)They are similar in structure and origin
c)They are of following types
1.Parenchyma
2.Sclerenchyma
are the most important part of simple permanent tissue. They cover the top layer of plant cell as a group of tissue.
