I guess you studied something in Social Psychology and identified concepts of 'Belonging' and Decision-making.
But I would have loved if you could make more sense with question. This is because decision-making is what we do all of the time.
Acc to a research, we humans make around 35,000 decisions a day. And, they came up with the idea of 'Decision-Fatigue'.
'Belonging' is concept related to the Hierarchy of Needs which humans have. We can understand as to why humans seek relationships or why some people do riots or burn the buses, or call for 'Bandh' or some go to great lengths for their cause like Social activists.
These belong to the category of "'Belonging' needs of a human. That means, every human being has a need to belong to something bigger tha. oneself eg Family, Friends' group, community, work place group, etc.
The terms : " ...... in Social Psychology" doesn't create sense in the question
