'Partial Networking' is one of 3 efficient energy management process explained by AUTOSAR.  

Concept isn't to switch on ALL ECUs (Global Wake-up ) but to switch to cluster of ECUs (Selective Wake-up ) on reception of CAN message.  

Cluster called as Partial Network Clusters is obtained from vehicle function and is mapped to them.
