Genome is the haploid set of chromosome. All the genes present in a single set of chromosomes, known as the genome. Genome is described by Wrinkler in 1920. It is a complete set of chromosomes occurs in an organism where each chromosome represented only once. If an individual has a single genome is called the monoploid (1n) and having two genomes called the diploid (2n), having three genomes, called triploid (3n) and so on.
