Pulse is defined as rhythmic beating in arteries that is caused by beating by heart.The number of beats per second is called pulse rate.

In simple words its a throbbing sensation.

A healthy person has pulse rate 80-90 times.

Pulse is the throbbing sensation of our heart when we do exercise or run our pulse rate increases so pulse rate is same as the heart rate, Pulse rate is felt in some places like close to the surface or the skin, like the wrist, neck etc.
