i) The development of a person from child to adult is called adolescence. It is that period when a person goes through physical and mental change.
ii) Puberty is the onset of adolescence, after which a person is capable of reproducing. This occurs mainly due to hormonal changes in body.
iii) Hermaphrodites are those possessing reproductive organs of both male and females.
iv) Oviparous are those, whose mode of reproduction is by hatching of eggs and thus not going through development of embryo internally.
v) Viviparous are those, who develops embryo inside the body, and gives birth after its gestation is over.
vi) Foetus is the fertilised form of embryo ageing more than eight weeks, growing inside womb until its gestation is over.
