⚫Binary fusion considered to be an Asexual reproduction because in a Asexual reproduction a new oraganism is produced by a single parent with the involvement of sex cell and in the reproduction process of fission a single oraganism is splits into one or more new oraganism without the involvement of sex cell. That's why fission is a Asexual form of reproduction.
