Menarche in simple words, can be defined as the first menstruation in female primates (human beings, apes, monkeys, etc).

Menopause :-

Menopause in simple words, can be defined as the ceasing of menstruation/ menstrual cycles in female primates (human beings, apes, monkeys, etc).
