Thrust - The force acting on an object which is perpendicular to the surface is called thrust .
Its S.I. unit is Newton(N).
Pressure - The thrust acting on unit area is called pressure .
Pressure = Thrust/Area
Its S.I. unit is Pascal(Pa) or N/m^2
Force = 100N
Side = 2.5m
Area = side^2
= 2.5 X 2.5
= 6.25m^2
Pressure = Force/Area
= 100/6.25
= 16 N/m^2
