when equal change in distance come in equal intervals of time it is called uniform speed.
when rate of change of velocity occurs at same interval of tie is called uniform acceleration.

Uniform acceleration
If the velocity change by equal amounts in equal time intervals the object is said to be in uniform acceleration

Uniform speed
If a body cover equal distance in equal time intervals of time then it is said to be in uniform speed

Hope it helps you bro
