degrees of adjectives

There r 3 degrees of comparison in adjectives..............
Positive degree- when no comparison is made. Like tall, young. good.
Comparative degree- when two things or persons r compared. Like taller, younger, better. THAN is always used in comparative degree.
Superlative degree- when more than two persons or things of a same class are compared. Like tallest, youngest, best. THE is always used before the superlative adj.
