Condensation process follows the evaporation process.

first the liquid/mixture/compound  is heated and evaporated.  Some gas or vapour is emitted from a chemical reaction or from the action of heating to the boiling point of the liquid present inside the beaker.

The vapour travels through a tube and then falls into another beaker. The temperature of this beaker being  low or room temperature, the vapours condense.
