Miss Sullivan came to Helen's life on march 6 1909. It was the day that Helen remembers as the most important day in all her life. She was the embodiment of love and peace the two qualities required to deal with an active and rebellious child who was both deaf and blind. In spite of that she conquered the fear of learning.
