Answer:

  1. Sublimation is a type of phase transition, or a change in a state of matter, just like melting, freezing, and evaporation. Through sublimation, a substance changes from a solid to a gas without ever passing through a liquid phase. Dry ice, solid CO2, provides a common example of sublimation.
  2. Diffusion is the movement of a substance from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration. Diffusion happens in liquids and gases because their particles move randomly from place to place. Diffusion is an important process for living things; it is how substances move in and out of cells.
  3. Plasma, also called blood plasma, the liquid portion of blood. Plasma serves as a transport medium for delivering nutrients to the cells of the various organs of the body and for transporting waste products derived from cellular metabolism to the kidneys, liver, and lungs for excretion
  4. . Boiling is the rapid vaporization of a liquid, which occurs when a liquid is heated to its boiling point, the temperature at which the vapour pressure of the liquid is equal to the pressure exerted on the liquid by the surrounding atmosphere.
  5. Pressure has no effect on solid and liquid whereas the volume of gas decrease with increase in pressure. This leads to the conversion of the gaseous state into a liquid state and eventually into a solid state. The volume of the gas decreases on applying pressure on gases because gases are compressible.

devanshprejit24: Your 2-point is wrong. Here we are talking about the Plasma state which is a concept of chemistry not about blood plasma of biology
Anonymous: ok i will correct it
devanshprejit24: Fine. Still rest answer is great. I appreciate it.
