The pair of testes produces spermatozoa and androgens. Several accessory glands produce the fluid constituents of semen. Long ducts store the sperm and transport them to the penis.

Structure of Human Testes is described below -
Testes are situated in the outside region of cavity of abdomen inside a pouch known as scrotum.
Testes have a shape that is oval. The testes are divided into 250 chambers called testicular lobules.
These lobules in turn consists tubules named seminiferous which acts as the site for the production of sperms.
Sperm :
The sperm consists 3 regions - head, neck, middle region and also tail.
The body of sperm is covered by plasma membrane.
A structure which is like a cap named acrosome covers the head of the sperm.
