Hi Mate,
Please let me know if you are looking for something more complex, i.e. what happens to get to the Prothrombin—Thrombin phase as shown in this diagram. “Clotting factors” are found in what are called the intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation cascade and they must function in a specific order to get to the Prothrombin—Thrombin phase as shown above.
