very easy--soak in water overnight
next day remove water wash and wrap in a cotton cloth and leave at a place for 1 day ... they'll become sprouts

The moong dal is first soaked in a wet cloth and kept soaked overnight and then kept in a cotton cloth for a day...BOOM! there are your sprouts.
