• Though, composition of rural and urban populations varies considerably, it should be noted that for first time in census of 2011 growth of rural population has declined and there was an increase in rate of growth of urban populations.
• This has happened due to increased migration from rural areas to urban areas in search of better jobs and lifestyles.
