after rain:- it can have both good and bad efdect....if less rain then the palnts will absorb water for photosynthesis and the atmosphere for some days will ne warm as the road absorb water and release warm air

but if tue rain is strong....floads, tree may get apart from soil, hard to travel as the road is filled with rain water and vehicles cannot move either
