Various applications of ultrasound are:

1) it is used to get image of heart. it is called Echocardiography.

2) it is used to clean hard to reach parts of different machine parts.

3) it is used to detect flaws in any metal objects.

4) it is used to break stoned in gall bladder.

5) it is used for ultrasonography process.

6) it is used to measure the distance of seabed from surface by SONAR. the process is called echo ranging.

Ultrasound is used in :

• Cleaning of parts located in hard to reach places.
• Detecting cracks and flaws in metal blocks .
• Used in 'Echocardiography' reflections by reflecting various parts of the heart.
• Breaking of small stones in the kidneys into fine grains. These grains later get flushed out through urine.
• Used in Ultrasound scanner to get images of internal organs in the body.
