→ It provides us protein, which are the building blocks of our body.
→ It provides us important vitamins and minerals, which help in growing and keeping the body healthy.
→ It provides us carbohydrates, which gives us energy to perform tasks.
Some common grains that we eat daily are popcorn, barley, rice and wheat.
It also helps the herders, since their flocks like to have grain in dinner too.
Not just that, grains are easy to grow too. For example, rice can be grown very easily in wet climate.
