Answer:

Poor mental health is not a stigma anymore nowadays. This is one of the most common issues among people and has several outcomes as follows:

1) Haphazard and disorganised daily life routine is one of the outcomes. This happens as the person has lost interest in any kind of activity.

2) Short-tempered and irritating behaviour happens as the person doesn't like anything happening around him/ her. He / she wants to talk less and gets provoked easily when disturbed.

3) Anger and aggressive behaviour happens due to hormonal fluctuation. Less serotonin, oxytocin (feel good hormone) secretion. Individual is always agitated because of this.

4) Restlessness is due to lack of proper sleep. The person has this feeling of palpitation and has the tendency to get anxious.

5) Increased or poor appetite and indigestion - Lack of proper sleep and poor mental health causes nausea, indigestion, less appetite, as the brain is continuously refusing to recover or feel good.

6) Poor interpersonal relationships as the individual isolates himself/ herself from the social world and the people around. Lack of communication with family , friends causes unstable social relations.
