Himadri is the northernmost range of the Himalayas.
It consists if all the prominent Himalayan peaks.
It is the most continous range consisting of loftiest peaks with an average height of 6000m
The core of this part is consisted of granite.
HIMACHAL IS THE RANGE LYING to the south of himadri.
It is also known as himachal or lesser himalayas.
The altitude ranges from 3700-4500m and the width is 50km.
This region is well known for its hill stations.
