CAN: Thank you for the offer, but may I request a salary of Rs. 50,000?

IND: This is as per the company policy.

CAN: Considering the high rent in this area and living cost, I think my request is justified.

IND: What will be your contribution to the company, for the additional 10K that you are asking?

CAN: I assure you Sir, that I can bring up sales by 1%, by the end of my probation period.

IND: Then I suggest that you bring up sales by 1% before end of your probation and I promise to increase your salary by 10K.

CAN: Ok, Sir. Thank you and I take up that challenge.
