yes its true.........bcoz development for one maynot be development for other as we know in todays life no one cares for others only thinks for their own benefits..
Example= if today you get a full bag of gold biscuits on road side,so can you return it to police,or you will share that with that of your friends....
I dont think so.... even not only you nobody will share his/her happiness with that of his/her friends.......
