let the diagonal be 5x,12x.
perimatar of rhombus = 2(d1+d2)
104=2(5x+12x)
104=2(17x)
104=34x
x=104/34
x=3.05
d1 = 5x=5×3.05=15.25
d2 = 12x=12×3.05=36.6
