The differences of the 3 kinds of muscle fibres are :

1. Skeletal Muscles

These muscles are located in our limbs, wall of body, face, neck, etc.

They get fatigued very soon or fast.

These muscle fibres have many nucleus, that is, multinucleated.

2. Smooth Muscles

These muscles are located in the iris, oesophagus, etc.

These muscles do not become fatigued.

These muscle fibres are of uninucleate type.

3. Cardiac Muscles

These muscles are present only in the heart walls.

These muscles never gets fatigued.

These muscle fibres are uninucleate.
