                                                                                                                              You: Hey Amit, are you free?

Friend: Yes, I am free! Anything important?

You: Yes, I have been feeling very hurt of late to see so much hatred everywhere.  

Friend: Yes, I agree with you. It is quite depressing to see so much violence and hatred all around.

You: I was just wondering how to replace hatred with love and care.

Friend: Well, it is very difficult, but not impossible. Everyone will have to learn tolerance.

You: I feel everyone needs to nurture spiritual values and respect for one another.

Friend: Yes, that’s possible only through introspection and meditation. When people connect to God’s light, all darkness of hatred and violence just disappears.  

You: I try to practice spiritual values, but at times I also lose control over my negative emotions.  

Friend: That’s good. The key to success lies in practice. I also try very hard. Just don’t give up. Treat everyone with sweetness. That’s how the ripple effect will be created.
