No, the statue of Ozymandiasdidn't fulfill the purposebecause Ozymandias( King of Kings) thought that he was immortal and unconquerable. So he made of sculptor of himself to made people know him forever about his power. But after many years when a traveller was going through it he saw that everything was decaying.

HELLO USER ✌

HERE'S YOUR ANSWER FRIEND,

NO, THE STATUE OF OZYMANDIAS DOESN'T FULFIL THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IT HAS BEEN BUILT.

AS, THE KING HAS BUILT IT FOR BEING IMMORTAL, TO BE ALIVE TILL THE END OF ETERNITY, BUT ATLAST THE STATUE WAS NOTHING BUT GOT MIXED WITH SAND IT WAS BROKEN, AND FINALLY NOT EVEN A DOG WAS SEEN ON THE PLACE WHERE IT WAS BUILT. TIME SPARES NONE.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU ✌
