Humans are dominant consumers. They affect food webs through energy production and agriculture, pollution, habitat destruction, overfishing and hunting. Also their demands for food and shelter along with population growth, affecting soil and aquatic ecosystems.

Answer:

Humans are the most destructive creatures in this world. They can go to any extent for their own good.

Cutting down of trees for timber, barren land for building flats, destroys habitat of many wild species.

With increase in demand of food supply, many shortcut methods are used which harms the ecosystem. Use of chemical fertiliser in agriculture, increasing level of pollution affects the chain in ecosystem.

All the species in a ecosystem chain are inter-related to each other. So interference with ecosystem will harm us only.
