You could start off with some facts to make your case. Say for example the girl enrollment ratio vis a vis the boys enrollment ratio. Then you could possibly bring out the solutions - building separate toilets for girls, possibly providing them with a bicycle to travel to the neighboring village (for girls studying in Grades 9 and over), just the way the Bihar Government has done, also maybe counselling the parents.
